Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Business Systems
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business
requirements and translate them into system requirements
Manage projects related to system enhancements, upgrades, and
integrations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with
objectives
Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities
and serve as a subject matter expert for troubleshooting
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the mortgage
industry or financial services sector
Knowledge of mortgage origination and servicing platforms
Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes, compliance, and
regulations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Administration experience in SharePoint and/or Cognito Forms is a
plus
