• Certification Details
• ARRT plus VA license required
• RCIS or RCES certification required
• BLS and ACLS required
• State License 1 Verification

  • CVT for Electrophysiology Lab
  • 13 weeks
  • ASAP start preferred, not a deal breaker
  • Shift: 4x10 hour days, 7:00AM-5:30PM, rotating late shifts
  • No weekends and no call requirements
  • Late requirement is rotated with all staff signing up to stay late if a case extends into the evening
  • EP LAB EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
  • Familiar and experience with: CARTO, ENSITE, CARDIOLAB
  • Interventional Radiology or critical care experience preferred
    • Job Requirements
    • EP Mapping experience required
    • ARRT plus VA license required
    • RCIS or RCES certification required
    • Current RTT or RTR status
    • BLS and ACLS required
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift: 4x10 hour days
      • 7:00AM-5:30PM with rotating late shifts
      • No weekends
      • No call requirements
        • Additional Details
        • I9 or attestation required
        • Driver's License/State ID required within 48 hours of the contract signing
        • E-verify or attestation required
        • Residency Declaration Form required
        • CCS - Cerifications for Carilion by Unit may be required
