Position Overview:
We're excited to welcome a Group Lead - Receiving Inspections to
our team at Siemens. In this pivotal role, you'll be the driving
force behind our receiving inspection team, guiding them with
expertise and fostering a culture of excellence. You'll coordinate
seamlessly with our Warehouse and Supplier Quality Management to
ensure smooth operations and adherence to schedules, while also
leading and developing a dedicated team. Your proactive approach
and ability to work independently will help maintain our high
standards and contribute to our reputation as a leader in the

What your day-to-day will look like:
To thrive in this role, you have:
The work environment involves occasional exposure to moving
mechanical parts, high places, outdoor conditions, fumes,
chemicals, and electrical risks, with a generally loud noise
level.
The role requires regular standing and frequent walking, reaching,
stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Occasionally, it involves
sitting, using hands for tasks, climbing, and lifting up to 50
pounds. Specific vision abilities needed include close, distance,
color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus
adjustment.

starting hourly rate is from $23.00 - $26.45 HR. The salary may be
higher or lower depending on the budget and the candidate's
experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
