Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chinese-Speaking Community Specialist
to build and manage online communities while promoting user
engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Build, grow, and manage online communities across various social
media platforms
Develop and implement community engagement strategies to enhance
user participation and brand loyalty
Monitor social media conversations for insights and collaborate
with the Marketing team on engagement campaigns
Required Qualifications
BSc/MSc in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a related role
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Line and
Telegram
Experience with social listening tools, such as Sprinklr or
Brandwatch
Strong analytical skills to generate reports on community
engagement metrics
