Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Support customers across multiple channels including email, chat,
and phone
Use systematic troubleshooting to resolve complex customer
issues
Educate customers on maximizing the benefits of the company's
products and services
Required Qualifications
Empathy and passion for helping customers
Experience in customer support via email/chat and phone
Strong English language skills (written and verbal)
Experience with iOS or Android platforms is a plus
Previous knowledge of Salesforce Service/CRM is preferred
