We are seeking a Permanent BIM Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a BIM Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, design, and execution of construction projects. You will be responsible for creating and managing digital representations of physical and functional characteristics of places using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software. This role demands a high level of technical expertise, creativity, and a keen eye for detail. • Develop and manage BIM protocols and templates for the organization.
• Collaborate with project teams to set up and manage BIM projects.
• Create accurate BIM models for design development and review.
• Use BIM models to extract project information, create reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Coordinate and manage BIM project data sets/workflows and project setup.
• Troubleshoot and resolve BIM application issues and user errors.
• Train and support team members and partners on the use of BIM technology and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in BIM and related technology.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure project deadlines are met and within budget.Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a BIM Specialist role or similar.
  • Proven experience and proficiency with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and others.
  • Proficient in Blueprint Reading and Schematics.
  • Strong abilities to analyze technical drawings.
  • Excellent technical skills and a high level of proficiency with design technology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
