• Certification Details
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required for specific units as listed within the additional comments
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required for all RN candidates
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure (NRP) required
• Tech Cert Verification - National: applicable to be uploaded
• State License 1 Verification required
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
• Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) required for Behavioral Health
• NIH Stroke Certification required for certain units
• Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication) required as specified
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) required
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam required
• Competency Exam required
• Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam strongly encouraged for certain specialties
• Orientation Training Documentation required for Allied and Outpatient travelers
