A company is looking for a Senior Business Recruiter
(Contract).
Key Responsibilities
Develop collaborative relationships with hiring managers to
understand hiring goals
Source, screen, and close diverse candidates for Sales, Marketing,
and G&A roles
Advocate for a top-notch candidate experience by setting
expectations and providing feedback
Required Qualifications
4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience for Sales, Marketing,
and G&A positions
Experience with Greenhouse and Gem is a plus
Proven ability to recruit senior-level talent in a fast-paced
environment
Consultative style with strong communication and influence
skills
Proven approach to sourcing and engaging a diverse pool of
candidates
