  **Job Responsibilities:**
  
  
  
  • 
    
  • Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes
    
  • Direct and optimize overall operations in the assigned geographic area
    
  • Communicate all required report information to pertinent departments
    
  • Review operational reports for operational problems, customer concerns, and regulatory compliance and safety issues
    
  • Monitor overall branch performance, focusing on safety and environmental issues
    
  • Provide overall leadership and direction, maintaining a secure and respectful team-oriented workplace
    
  • Ensure employees operate according to company goals, objectives, and core values
    
  • Conduct periodic field visits to inspect equipment and working environment
    
  • Work closely with District Manager to monitor safety statistics and ensure compliance with reporting procedures
    
  • Aggressively market Company services and seek growth opportunities
    
  • Prepare annual budget, enforcing cost controls and general efficiencies
    
  • Monitor equipment and parts inventories, ensuring quality and cost effectiveness
    
  • Perform annual Performance Reviews of all staff under management
    
  • Identify and communicate potential growth opportunities for the company
    
  • Direct weekly meetings to ensure effective dissemination of information and tasks
    
  • Participate in the preparation of annual recommendations for field and office staff
    
  • Follow all local, state, and federal compliance regulations and rules
    
  • Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state, and federal requirements
    
  • Safely observe all corporate operating guidelines and procedures
    
  • Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines
    
  • Perform other duties as assigned
    
    
    
    **Requirements:**

    • Experience creating and understanding budgets, including analysis and creation
      
    • Excellent computer skills with applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
      
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to maintain effective professional relationships
      
    • A team player, with the ability to be a collaborative team member and supportive leader
      
    • Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner
      
    • Strong attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills
      
    • Leadership experience
      
    • Perform physical functions per job requirements
